PTI's June Blog Hop

This month's blog hop ask us to use or favorite color scheme.  My current favorite are the colors from the GREEN BOUTIQUE pattern paper - WHITE, HAWAIIAN SHORES, NEW LEAF, AND AQAU MIST.

I wanted to try making a flower embellishment that so many PTI followers have been making.  This was my first try what do you think.

This was my first time using the Moroccan Impression plate.  I really wanted to use the larger scale impressions from the other side of the plate but I didn't want to take the time to figure out how to have a seamless repeat for the background - next time.

I didn't take a picture of the inside but I'm using one of the text blocks from Green Boutique.

Paper: White, Ripe Avocado, Aqua Mist, Green Boutique  (I just checked the store and found out the color is New Leaf but I used Ripe Avocado)
Ink: Colorbox Silver
Stamps: Handwritten Notes
Tools: Beautiful Bloom II dies, Nestibilites Label 1, Moroccan Impression Plate
Other: Vintage Cream Felt, Hawaiian Shores Saddle Stitch ribbon, Martha Stewart Brad, Silver pearls from stash.
