Dawn McVey’s current challenge incorporates red, aqua, kraft, brown, and cream. I used kraft as my card base and added a large piece of PTI’s Pure Poppy paper which I cut to fit approximately 2/3rd of the card. I punched the top of the red with Upper Crest, cut slots about an inch down, and wove in chocolate brown ribbon (from Hobby Lobby). I added a sentiment from my stash in PTI’s Ocean Tide ink on their Vintage Cream cardstock. I used a die-cut butterfly from my stash, added a small pearl for its head and added three pearls along the right edge of the card.
