It's that time of the month again, the PTI Blog Hop and this month the focus is on tissue paper. Here is my card which uses rows of tissue paper and various bright colors to make the background. I love the fun colors and that this card makes me smile.
To make the tissue paper airy, I rolled the scallops around the handle of a small paint brush and note that I used the scallop die on the bottom of the card to sync with the first row of tissue paper. I also rounded the bottom on the back of the card to align with the front.
