PTI's April blog hop - Monica

After reading PTI's Blog Hop challenge with  focus on tissue paper I immediately knew I wanted to make a ruffle.  And I wanted to incorporate their new Argyle products.

Here are the results:

Note the touch of argyle on the corner of the envelope.

Here's a close up of the card's focal point; isn't it pretty than a 1st Place ribbon at the county fair?  I like the way the saddle-stitch on the ribbon mimics the dash lines in the argyle.  Just a touch of Fresh Snow ink on the impressed argyle really makes it pop!  Below you can see a touch of argyle inside the card.

Paper:  White and Hawaiian Shores
Ink: Hawaiian Shores, Fresh Snow, Momento Tuxedo Black, and Colorbox Lime Pastel
Stamps: A Little Argyle and Enjoy the Ride (sentiment)
Other: Argyle Impression Plate, Hawaiian Shores Saddle-stitch ribbon, and Lime Green Tissue paper
